Spider-Man: Web of Shadows

Comic book games based on movies are, well… they just kinda suck. Comic book games that aren’t based on movies though — that’s a whole other ballgame.

This one looks like a good one. Venom has apparently figured out a way to replicate himself (Mr. Smith?) and the whole city has turned into a bunch of zombie Venom clones.

The game is being released for pretty much every platform of the face of the earth: DS, PC, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP, Wii, and Xbox 360. Release is scheduled for Fall 2008. Be sure to hit the Spider-Man: Web of Shadows forum for more news/discussion/information.
