Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion Trailer HD

HD Trailer for the upcoming Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 Fusion game from Activision. Head over to our Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 Fusion Forum to discuss. Looks like a pretty killer game. No official release date has been announced just yet, other than ‘2009′.

As implied by the ‘Fusion’ title, characters will be able to ‘fuse’ powers for attacks. Some of these attacks are shown off in the video. Like Hulk throwing Wolverine, in classic ‘Fastball Special’ style. We also get to see fusions with The Thing and Human Torch, Invisible Woman and Iron Man, and Spider-Man and Iron Man.

Also known (but not in the video) are fusions for:

Hulk + Iron Man (similar to the Thing/Torch fusion in the video) Basically heating up a rock etc.

Hulk + Daredevil - Another fastball special fusion

Daredevil + Iron Man - Daredevil whips multiple foes into the air where a hovering Iron Man zaps them.

Invisible Girl + The Hulk - Invisible Woman surrounds the Hulk in an invisible ‘Hamster Ball’ force field and he just mows over everything.

The game will also feature the ultra-cool Havok physics engine for those fantastic ragdoll effects we all love so much.
